These cans can be supplied fully constructed
or in the flat with etched fold lines in order that operators can fold them
to shape by hand or with the aid of soft tooling. Cans generally have a
ventilation mesh.
Screening can features: |

- Multi compartment cans that isolate several
areas of a circuit and perform
the functions of several discrete cans
- Removable lids for fine tuning of devices
after assembly
- Internal dielectric coatings
- Cans with removable tabs to facilitate
automatic placement.
- Lap joints and intricate assembly location
